Fund Raising Can You Please Help US Raise £33,000 this year? Like all charities we need to raise funds for our activities. This year we hope to be able to raise an additional £15,000 to buy a minibus. The bus will be used to transport children, teachers and our volunteers around the Tyume Valley. This will save the money we have to spend on hiring vehicles. The minibus will also be used to transport books from the Resource Centre library to the outlying village schools and teachers will use it to bring children to the Resource Centre from the villages to use the study and after school club facilities. This is in addition to our project costs |

WHERE YOUR MONEY WILL GO? NOT on Administration costs. We have no administrative costs. Our UK based administration team are volunteers who donate their time and expenses. NOT on our volunteer teachers expenses. Each year we recruit and organize a team of teacher volunteers who pay their own expenses and airfares to South Africa to run workshops for teachers in the Tyume Valley. |

Your money will be spent directly on these projects. · Every year we raise money to organize and run workshops for the primary and secondary teachers in the Tyume Valley schools. · We also take about 80– 100 children to a summer camp at Hobbiton for a week. These two projects need around £7000-£9000 each year The new Resource Centre needs the installation of electricity and water. £8000. |
